Sheldon
Sheldon came to us from a large web and software development company in America, where he honed his development expertise on numerous complex projects. Back on home turf and heading up our team of developers, Sheldon loves nothing more than getting up to his elbows in code, crafting smart tools and technologies for our clients using PHP, mySQL, XHTML, HTML, CSS2/CSS3 and Mootools his Javascript framework of choice. Sheldon is a problem-solver and a leader who loves to learn about new web tools.

Jarrad
After working for the award-winning AIM Proximity (part of the Clemenger group of companies) and for clients such as Air New Zealand, The Warehouse and Visa, I convinced Jarrad to move back home to Tauranga and join the Totali team. It wasn’t too difficult – we’re brothers! Family-ties aside, Jarrad is an exceptionally talented programmer who can code in multiple languages. Jarrad takes charge of all our Flash and iPhone software development work.

Lyn is my Mum. She helps things run smoothly at Totali, taking care of the accounts and the office in general (and telling me off sometimes!).
Arron
Managing Director; Software Developer; Project Manager… whatever hat I’m wearing, I'm the crazy guy that started it all. I am passionate about helping our customers improve their businesses. I help our clients work out what it is they are trying to achieve or solve, find the best unique solution for them, then make sure the project runs smoothly from go to woah.
In the early days, I did almost everything myself…then I slowly built the team, carefully choosing the right people. I’m very proud of what we have today – a ‘brains trust’ of professionals who work together, each bringing their specialist knowledge to the table to arrive at IT solutions that are innovative, cost-effective and successful.
