What should Managed IT services exclude?

There isn’t much we believe that should be excluded. Many companies try to make licensing an additional fee. We include these fees in our per-user or per-workstation pricing to keep pricing transparent and easy to follow. You don’t want a confusing invoice with lots of invoice lines.

We recommend keeping your Internet Service Provider separate from your IT company. Should you decide to move, the last thing you want to have to move is all your connectivity at the same time. This can lead to issues you don’t want to deal with.
