During the build of your new website we promise to keep in touch regularly. We will call you, we will ask questions and we will let you know what is happening. And, once your new website is live we will not desert you. The Totali team of experts are always only a phone call away.
Following your initial Totali Pages training we will usually charge you for support, which can be on a one-off basis or as a monthly support plan.
To make the support process easier, for you and for us, we recommend you download the remote access TeamViewer software (see below). TeamViewer enables us to access your computer via the internet (this is totally controlled by you each time you need our help) to see what's going on. Once we've checked things out and fixed it for you, you close TeamViewer and we no longer have access.
